Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

All items with the exception of custom built furniture are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of purchasing or receiving the item, providing the item is in the same condition as it was sold and proof of purchase is included. All customized furniture is final sale but if there are any issues with your piece, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@inlandmade.com or 204-957-4940.

Online Order Returns

All items must be returned in their original packaging. We ask that you please package your return items well so that they are not damaged during transport.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.

Please note that any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Inland Fine Furnishings is not responsible for any damaged or lost items. We recommend you insure the package and add delivery confirmation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is eligible for approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
