Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30 day return & exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was purchased and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
All items with the exception of custom built furniture are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase providing the item is in the same condition as it was sold. All customized furniture is final sale but if there are any issues with your piece, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@inlandmade.com or 204-957-4940.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is eligible for approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
